Centre Press is an experimental research project which explores the act of publishing. The project is both analogue and digital. In the first instance is a mapping exercise using design to visually document, connect and share the research practice from The Centre for Spatial and Digital Ecologies; A place for experimentation between artistic and scientific research practices. Research will be situated around exploring evolving themes that develop from the centre itself.
Centre Press is collaborative and involves members from the research centre to allow for the circulation of new knowledge through critical inquiry and debate to encourage and foster interdisciplinary research. The project is in collaboration with Allyson Waller, University of Brighton and was designed in collaboration with AW Projects and Josh Harrison.
The project has been supported by The Centre for Spatial and Digital Ecologies as part of the Institute for Inclusive Communities and Environments at The University of Greenwich.
